Sweet Jalane’s is a full service food service business. Sweet Jalane’s is the umbrella for all our brands – Sweet Jalane’s our patisserie food service arm where we provide fresh artisanal baked goods to various corporate organizations, local businesses, hotels, and alike. The Sweet Exchange is our full catering arm of the family. Here we create good drinks, great food but we strive to cultivate better people. We provide meal prep, corporate catering, emergency food services and community feedings in an effort to tackle food disparities and insecurities in the black and brown communities. DefenseTea is the arm of the family that creates fresh made from local produce antioxidant rich and immune system building and defending drinks to help further equip the bodies of our culture during this time.
