To provide free primary healthcare, diagnostic and education service for adults, children and teens in are caring and compassionate teaching environment through collaboration.

Vision Statement

To help uninsured persons who are low income regardless of race, occupation, national origin or immigration status.

Services Provided

Open Door Health Center is a primary healthcare center dedicated to serving the uninsured poor of South Dade at no cost to them.
