Principal’s Message

Welcome to Medical Academy for Science and Technology, MAST at Homestead Senior High School! We are home of the following academies: Biomed, I-Med, Physical Therapy and Pharmacy which have made our Magnet Program ranked one of the America’s Top Schools. We are home to the Nationally Certified Magnet Schools of America and a recipient of the Magnet Schools of Excellence Award since 2017. 
At MAST at Homestead, our students are offered a rigorous curriculum that includes Advanced and Honors classes, Dual Enrollment and Advanced Placement. The long-established partnership with various colleges, universities and health institutions allows our students to be fully immersed in learning experiences and internships opportunities that bring unparalleled relevance to their medical field of study. 
Our faculty and staff are committed to provide our students with a learning environment that fosters academic excellence and a social emotional support that will enable them to fully develop their potential and to become the future leaders in the medical field and beyond.

MAST@Homestead pledges to provide a medical health science high school academy recognized by its formation of students seeking careers in health care and science research through a challenging curriculum that exposes them to critical thinking, engineering, technology, mathematics, science, field studies, projects, competitions, and scientific research. MAST@Homestead is committed to forge individuals to become leaders in the medical field, dedicate to public service, social responsibility, and facilitate the health care needs to our ever changing global community
