Richard Candia is a first generation American born in Jacksonville, FL to Bolivian parents. Richard has lived in South Dade for over 20-years and has studied the homes and communities in South Dade. From luxury to affordable homes in South Miami, the breadth of selection is wide, and Richard helps his clients understand the market.

“My primary service is information,” says Richard, “full, tailored, continuous information.” Buyers receive a customized list of properties that meet their specific wants and needs. Sellers will understand the various aspects of the market ensuring they will have a clear expectation of how their home will be sold.

Richard’s past career experience spans politics, policy, and higher education. The skill sets he acquired help him identify opportunities for his buyers and sellers.

Richard is married to Martha, also a Realtor. Both are active in their church and are members of the Board of the Miami Association of Realtors as well as the Florida Association of Realtors.
