I am a professional speaker, author, and scholarship coach. I collaborate with schools and organizations to help students take action towards developing the habits that will position them to succeed in school, work, and life.

My mission is to partner with you to help your students develop those essential skills and habits that lead to success in school, work, and life.

Over the years, I have spoken to thousands of students and delivered empowering messages for notable organizations such as TRIO, GEAR UP, The National Student Leadership Conference & The Carnival Cruise Line Scholarship & Mentoring Program.

So, why do I do this?

I grew up the product of a single mother and was raised by my grandmother. Although I had very little direction and a whole lot of trials and tribulations, I became a first-generation graduate, earning a Bachelor’s in Elementary Education and a Master’s in School Counseling. 

I have worked directly with students for over a decade, and like you, the end goal is to help students graduate and enter the next chapter of life equipped to achieve their goals and succeed. 

Today, I continue to do this through my book, “Success Habits: A Student’s Guide To Succeeding In School, Work & Life” as well as engaging keynotes and workshops that leave students empowered and prepared to take action!
